After building and delivering a user-centric, AI-driven demand planning platform, Asper wanted to add a new product to its portfolio—an AI-driven pricing and promotion optimization tool to support the Strategic Revenue Management capabilities of CPG/ FMCG firms.
Our approach involved comprehensive user interviews, rapid prototyping, and design thinking sessions with industry experts, which collectively allowed us to gather valuable insights and iteratively refine the product.
Within the four months timeframe, we successfully rolled out our MVP platform for our first client. By leveraging an agile behavioral product development process, we ensured that the tool was user-friendly and seamlessly integrated into their existing workflows.
